Here's what to expect once you place an order with us.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Other locations across India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Remote/rural pin codes may take slightly longer depending on courier serviceability.

We currently ship only within India.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may offer free shipping above a certain order value from time to time.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS so you can follow its journey.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at support@kidobond.com with your order reference and we'll track it down with our courier partner.

Damaged in transit

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a free replacement — see our Return & Refund Policy.
